A friend of mine who is downloading SimSig cant seem to get it working as Check for Updates wont work for him. I'm posting for him on the forum as I dont get what has caused this

Your friend needs to ensure he's down loaded the latest system files from the website and Install them. Unfortunately without more information we can't be off much more help.
