First off, Great Sim! Well done all! Odd bug report. As per attached save and screen shot 135B has received an ACOA at M562. I didn't notice it until it called in. Signals on up main where in auto. It happened again with the next train W518 when M562 changes from Green over Yellow to Green over flashing Y. Can be recreated from the save. Regards, Tim. Post has attachments. Log in to view them. Im getting this at fairly regular intervals. Not just with autosignals. It commonly seems to be when a train is closely following another train (not always) but I havent been able to identify any other common causes (cant remember which signals are involved).

I've identified another of those instances on the Down Suburban at Summer Hill: When the preceding train clears T15AT, signal 9 steps up to Low Speed. T15BT clearing doesn't affect anything. Once T21AT clears however, the next signal (15) steps up to Low Speed, but 9 itself returns to Stop. Only after T21BT clears as well does 9 step up properly to Caution. In the attached save, 284C will receive an ACOA at S369 at 08:32:50. Post has attachments. Log in to view them. Two million people attempt to use Birmingham's magnificent rail network every year, with just over a million of them managing to get further than Smethwick. Log in to reply |

It wasn't handling two consecutive low speed indications correctly (generic aspect sequencing data for that type of signal) so it might occur elsewhere too. SimSig Boss Log in to reply |
