I have added an article spelling out the issues with Windows XP and SimSig here. TL;DR version: SimSig will not risk the security of this website, including customer data, for the sake of supporting a small handful of people who will not, or cannot, upgrade to a more secure and supported operating system. XP has been unsupported by Microsoft for over four years.
