Hi all, I am having a problem accessing the License Manager and when I click on it I get Cannot connect to server warning. I am connected to the internet okay and my firewall has been disabled temporarily in case that was an issue. I believe I am running the latest loader and have downloaded the most recent system files. I also noticed that none of the sims since Cathcart appear on the list of sims which is annoying as I've just purchased Port Talbot and Hereford. Okay, I have another PC running Windows 10 but I would need to re-allocate my licences to that machine but cannot access the Manager to de-allocate from my old Vista machine. Is this something one of you kind Admins assist with sorting out? Rick Log in to reply |
