I am getting this message a lot signal 0y09 pulled I am not putting any signals back. just started 0445 timetable and have had it 4 times already

OY is oxley signal box. I'm guessing it's cancelling its routes automatically before the train has cleared the signal.

Looks to be a debugging message that hasn't been suppressed in released version. Players can ignore the message. The matter is already on mantis under Mantis 22208.

It's a minor timing issue. The logic has recovery logic in case a train gets deleted while on the approach, such that it pulls any routes set. But it's doing it before the train has cleared the first TC in the route (no longer on the approach - the front has long gone past) so it is pulling it a second or two too early. It'll get fixed but it's a non-issue really.
