Found this gem on District Dave's forum:

Somebody created a full simulation of the Victoria lines's signalling based on the original circuit diagrams. The only major thing that's currently missing from the online sim is the control room overview diagram, so for now you can see what's happening only via the IMR diagrams.

On top of that, various bits and pieces of the original hardware have been preserved, too, including the full overview diagram and controller's desk from Cobourg Street Control Centre, which are in the process of being wired up together with the sim at the Colne Valley Railway, somewhat like Swindon panel.

Two million people attempt to use Birmingham's magnificent rail network every year, with just over a million of them managing to get further than Smethwick.

Worth noting its a running session so technically you can take everything out of program machine mode and run each IMR manually which I like!
RIP Feltham Panel 1
