Hello all!

We realised today that this weeks marks 10 years since the standard 2009 timetable day. Would anyone else be interested in a mega chain 10 years on on Tuesday 15th October 2019 to mark this date?

I've just had a quick look through the chainable sims with the timetable, it seems that a London Midland and/or Southern, or Yorkshire, or Western chain would work depending on numbers of people and licence holders available.

WCML offers the largest chaining opportunity. I have EUS and WFJ, but not the Rugby

Agreed, ARS on the Rugby ones could hopefully mean a larger chain with fewer people.

I can run the Rugby SCC if needed.

Thanks for the offer that would be welcomed. For now, I'm keeping myself free to host any gaps, although provisionally Saltley, Derby, Aston, as that seemed to work at the weekend.

Depending on how much will join, i would offer to host BNS, or any gap that it is possible for me to fill.
Elsewhise i would simply join a sim.

Greetings, Cedric

Provisional sim list for today:
Aston (hosted by me, ARS)
Birmingham New Street (hosted by Soton_Speed, non-ARS)
Coventry (hosted by me, non-ARS)
Rugby SCC Centre (hosted by HST125Scorton, ARS)
Rugby SCC North (hosted by HST125Scorton, ARS)
Rugby SCC South (hosted by HST125Scorton, ARS)
Saltley (hosted by me, non-ARS)
Watford Jn (hosted by 9pN1SEAp, non-ARS)
Wembley Main Line (hosted by 9pN1SEAp, non-ARS)

Teamspeak will be available for use, channel Open Hosting #1. Non-ARS sims are likely to require more signallers than those equipped with ARS, advice on sim selection will be available through Teamspeak or the F10 messaging on Saltley.

9 people are currently signed up for the session, which might be a bit ambitious for 9 sims, other expressions of interest are welcome!

Thanks to all who joined and hosted this evening, we played several hours from 0445 - 0800.
We also had Leamington connected into the chain (although it wasn't a public host), for a total of 10 sims.
Roughly 20 people joined the game, which was better than expected.

Would anyone like to continue this save at some convenient time, such as a weekend?

Was nice to be there for a short while at the end of the game. I won't be there in a weekend game the next two weekends, next weekend I'll go to the area which I signalled myself during this chain.
