Hi, almost all of our simulations are downloaded via the "Check for updates" feature of the loader. If you haven't already got the loader you can download it here. When you open the loader the "check for updates" button is on the main screen. Make sure you have also allocated the license for your purchase via the "License Manager" also accessed from the main loader screen.

Thank you for replying I already have several SimSig programs Using the SimSig loader and licence manager I can see Three Bridges allocated to 'This Machine' Using Check for Updates gives 'Parsing manifest' followed by 'Install Updates Automaically' which I click and get 'Update complete with no errors' However when I 'Start a new simulation' Three Bridges is not available In the past I have downloaded the simulation from Downloads => browse downloads => Official Software => Simulations Payware Now this chain leads only to Edinburgh - no other downloads I am still stuck Log in to reply |

I would suggest when you reach the menu immediately after pressing check for updates, that you try the advanced , button rather than the automatic one. It may be that you have inadvertently hidden it during a previous update. Quote: In the past I have downloaded the simulation from Downloads => browse downloads => Official Software => Simulations PaywareEdinburgh is the only simulation now not downloaded via the loader. Hence it is the only one which appears. "Passengers for New Lane, should be seated in the rear coach of the train " - Opinions are my own and not those of my employer Log in to reply |

I'd recommend installing before purchasing. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |

I wish I had downloaded before purchase. Unfortunately I trusted all would be well My 'Check for Updates' window always appears as shown in the attachment with the right hand options only partially visible. Full screen just enlarges what is there and does not reveal more options. I would be grateful if you could direct this thread to the website manager. Thanks for you help so far Still stuck! I would recommened going here https://www.SimSig.co.uk/File/Details/852 And download the system files again and re-install them, once you have done that run the check for updates again and you should then get 3 Bridges Last edited: 25/11/2019 at 14:34 by MarkC Reason: None given Log in to reply |

Success Downloaded and installed the system file again On completing 'Check for updates' got the option 'Update but I want to choose simulation' Checked just 'Three bridges', but that didn't stop the program seeming to update lots of files - but fortunately it included Three Bridges' Thank you to those who replied David Grant Log in to reply |

WDAGRANT in post 121915 said:SuccessI suspect all the other updates that got downloaded were updates for sims that you have installed being updated at the same time, the updater you had before was an older version (from about a year or 2 ago) so it was catching up with updates for sims you already had.
