Can anyone share any information about planned signal box closures, or re-signalling of semaphore areas, planned to take place this year? I'm starting to make holiday/day trip plans for the year ahead, and would like to know if there are any areas to prioritise.

The Durham Coast is supposed to go, not sure of the full list but roughly the boxes at Norton, Billingham, Belasis, Greatham, Ryhope, and Ferryhill.

As I understand it, that list is no longer accurate- there are plenty of locations in the 2018 and 2019 lists which haven't been done.

That list IS massively inaccurate, the odd place might still happen as per it, but that's about it.

I understand new signals have been installed at Acton Canal Wharf, Neasden Jn & Dudding Hill 'to be commissioned at a later date' presumably to replace the semaphore signals at those locations.
