Hello - can anyone assist me ? Have recently purchased another SIM for Plymouth. I have updated the License Manager and requested a 'Check for Updates'. Plymouth is not showing as one of the available SIMs. It is a long time since I purchased one so it is probably me not doing something that I should ! Thanks Log in to reply |

Can you confirm when you open the Loader, what is the version number shown in the bottom left corner?

Download the System Files from here https://www.SimSig.co.uk/File/Details/852 (Even though you already have them) Install them in the default location, then open up the loader and hit check for updates, and all should be good for you. Hello, Thank you both. I have since found another 'Manage Licences screen which had an option to 'request unlock' so I have done this and been notified that it has been done. All OK now. Thank you once again Log in to reply |
