Trains that enter from KWVR onto the mainline network, heading towards Leeds reverse at 4015/4544 Keighley station Jn (example is a loco and POB) when you go to validate you get the message "Not safe to reverse at location Keighley Station Jn in any direction.I cannot find a way around this. any ideas

This is though just a 'warning' rather than an 'invalid timetable' error. What it is telling you is that this is not a 'key' location where things like TD stepping and ACI (if active) are going to work correctly. At worst you end up with a '****' track occupation and need to interpose the TD again. Does happen on old timetables when you have a train starting somewhere odd from an ECS (eg Edinburgh Cardenden) that the dev did not know about. Bill Log in to reply |

Reverse at Keighley Station Jn is the correct routing / sequence. I have done it in real life both whilst planning and on the footplate. Keighley Station Jn is given as a location, should be a Rev point Log in to reply |
