Hello, I am trying to set up port forwarding on my laptop, and I have got thus far: -Done the rules on the router (50505, 50507) -Done the internal rules in the firewall It still says that the port is shut. (I am running server mode when checking)However, the port only opens if I disable the 'Guest or Public Networks' firewall, but that's probably not a good idea. Can someone help me to understand how to tell the Public Network firewall to allow the port forwarding please. Thanks for your help. Log in to reply |

Thank you for your help, but I have found the problem elsewhere. For some reason, the firewall was blocking the actual game's protocols, which, when enabling, fixed the problems. Ports opened, friends could join.
