I'm starting to work my way through this and I have a couple of questions so far:

1) Is one of the 0E01's guaranteed to appear. I know they are mutually exclusive so both can't appear, but is it possible for neither to appear? I ask because thats what happened to me, neither of them entered.

2) I notice that 6E83 and 6E86 are both scheduled to enter at Hartford Jn at the same time. I didn't see a rule that said they were mutually exclusive but in my game only 6E86 appeared.

1) None of the 0E01' are guaranteed to appear, a decision is applied on weather a certain run is done or not and the mut-x is used to prevent both 0E01's appearing at the same time.

2) Only one of them will enter, a decision is used to choose which one will run so no mut-x rule is needed
