Hi - just checking that my reading of the Motherwell version release is correct. The manual says version 5.1 of Motherwell was available as of 27/7/20 but with no further updates available, the latest I can get is version 4.5 build 1. (Loader version 5.3). Thanks Log in to reply |

Now I have a link to the Manifest I can confirm that v5.1 is the version that's available. Not sure how you kick it to download, perhaps delete the Sim and it should pick up that it's not there and install the latest. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |

Thirded- deleted .sim file and 4.5.1 is re-installed. EDIT: If it helps pin down versions, the issue with OHLE between Kirkwood and Whifflet is still there. "Don't stress/ relax/ let life roll off your backs./ Except for death and paying taxes/ everything in life.../ is only for now." V5.1 updated here without issue about 15mins ago with no need to delete, suspect manifest got kicked

I've just opened the loader & installed the updates & can confirm that Motherwell when selected is version 5.1

Hi a mismatch between the released version and what the user manual says is the latest available version has developed with Motherwell and some of the other Scottish sims. Motherwell released is version 5.1 yet the manual says version 5.2 is available Central Scotland released is version 5.0 yet the manual says version 5.1 is available Northeast Scotland released is version 5.0 yet the manual says version 5.2 is available Paisley released is version 5.0 yet the manual says version 5.1 is available Apologies if this is already known/intentional. Those are updates 'in process' for distribution. Manuals are updated 'live' but file distribution is a more lengthy process. There is no automated way to tie manual updating on the website with the file distribution kicking in, manual will tend to lead. At least that way any 'new' items are there for reference when everyone gets the new file. Equally although the 'official' timetables will distribute with the sim, all the user timetable updates have to follow after the sim file distribution. Looks like the manual and manifest data was wrong. Anyway, for unrelated (under the bonnet) reasons, there will be completely new versions of a number of sims following the next loader update.
