1980s era. If a route from CE416 to CE406 is set, it is not possible to set CE415 to CE417. The other way around, if a route from CE415 to CE417 is set, setting CE416 to CE406 causes signal CE415 to drop to red (which just caused an ACOA in my game !). It appears the routes need conflicting positions of points 699 (top-most set of points at Forks Jn). It makes some sense to me that 699 needs to be reverse (shown as straight on the sim) to set CE416 to CE406. I don't understand though why 699 needs to be in the normal position to set CE415 to CE417. AJP in games Last edited: 02/08/2020 at 22:15 by Albert Reason: None given Log in to reply |

Same thing happens at Forks Jn - setting 419 to 423 also causes 415 (route set towards 417) to drop to red.

Thanks, your initial report was recorded as 31314 on Mantis, your second post is just another symptom of the same problem so will be covered off on the same ticket.

Probably already covered by the Mantis report, but the route 414-417 behaves the same as 415-417; it drops to red once 416-406, 419-423 or 416-279 is set or refuses to be set if one of the latter is set already.
