Open telephone window to place a call to a depot. Try to keep the other trains moving while waiting for the depot to answer. Now the telephone window disappears behind the panel view, and I risk forgetting all about it! (Yes, I know I can bring it back into view with O or the telephone button.) Graham, I don't get this on either my Desktop, or Laptop by default. I could only reproduce it by ticking "Always on top" on the main view window. Then on opening the place call menu, if I clicked anywhere on the main view it would disappear. A breakdown of your OS, and graphics card would possibly help us reproduce it and find a fix if it's not caused by the above. Does it happen every time you run a simulation? I've had intermittent issues where clicking on the main view with another window open brings the main view to the front- it happens apparently randomly during a session, and then remains until I close the game. That's been happening for a long time though. "Don't stress/ relax/ let life roll off your backs./ Except for death and paying taxes/ everything in life.../ is only for now." Karl, This happens on my desktop and my laptop, both running Windows 10 release 1909. As you say you don't experience this, I rebooted my laptop and the problem has gone away (too many things open on the desktop for the moment to do the same). Sorry I didn't do this before posting, but it seemed unlikely to have any effect on the symptom. Thanks, Graham Log in to reply |
