Hello, I am fairly new to the sim, me and my friend are having problems trying to connect to each other, and when we connect, it says: 00:00:00 Attempting connection to server - please wait... 00:00:11 Server has disconnected you 00:00:11 Client at (friends IP address) has disconnected any help would be greatly appreciated :) EDIT: my suspicions are that I need to do something with point forwarding, Is anyone able to explain it in really basic terms

See Port Forwarding here. As you edited, thats probably the most likely. Whoever is hosting needs to tell their router where it is forwarding the information to.
