After some enforced delay I have completed the WTT for Stafford around March 2009. The Trent Valley Widening has been completed and Virgin Trains are running to their full schedule. The new Euston - Stoke - Crewe "Desiro" service is in operation and the Cannock service now terminates at Rugeley Trent Valley.

On a matter of detail, it has to be remembered that the actual simulation layout is still the old style, and there seems no likelihood of it being updated. However, testing has found Trent Valley delays to be minimal. Also, the layout at Rugeley has been altered. There is only one ladder crossover remaining - passing from the Down Slow towards the Cannock branch.

The download is in the Download section.

Cheers! The main problem I had was with some of the WTT timings. As far as I could see I have ironed out most of them.

On a point of interest, the present WTT ( in real life) runs pretty close to this. The only difference that the Birmigham - Liverpool Desiros have been recoded.

Keep an eye on the Euston Desiros approaching Norton Bridge from Stoke. In reality - as is on the sim - the Chester - Euston Voyagers run quite tight to the Desiros. Mostly, the Desiros are signalled first. Extensive engineering work often takes place between Midnight and 5am which often requires possession of a pair of lines between Crewe and Stafford.

I've got a couple of issues (so far up to 3am). first, a number of freights terminate at Madeley, and need to be removed manually (ar have Crewe added to the WTTs). 4M59 is timed at 0400 through the area, with stops at Tamworth and Lichfield; a few other freights seem to have station stops as well.
There's the right way, the wrong way and the railway.

Does anyone have any headcodes and timings for the Royal Mail WCML services. Am unable to access a terminal for the next week or so to research. Please send me a private message on here.

Mick

All I need is the headcode and running times for Royal Mail services between Nuneaton and Crewe. As mentioned previously, these trains run from Willesden PRDC to Warrigton RMT and Shieldsmuir RMT. In common with most of the times in my WTT, the trains times have altered little between Spring 2009 and the present. Once I have the times for both Up & Down trains I can then update my WTT and resubmit to the posting page.

Thanks.

I seem to recall signalling the Royal Mail Class 325 EPU on KingsX in the excellent Winter 2004 timetable.

Just had a look through the TT and found these;
1E35
00:26 Willesden RMT - Low Fell RMT (EPU 325 100)
Royal Mail 325 Unit 8-Car

1E47
20:35 Willesden P.R.D.C - Low Fell R.M.T (E) 100mph
Royal Mail Class 86/90 Hauled

1E53
23:12 Willesden RMT - Low Fell RMT (E 420 100)
Royal Mail Long Postal Service Class 90

1E93
22:53 Willesden P.R.D.C - Low Fell R.M.T 4/325 100mph
Royal Mail 325 Unit 8-Car
I don't know if they're accurate headcodes but I hope this helps, maybe?
