Thanks to Peterb we now have this handy form for recording responses. This should help some, I hope! Then we can also MoM or whatnot.
Those of you who already filled in the previous 'sim availability' spreadsheet: Albert, StepSig, DaveHarries, Cedric2, Belly Buster to name a few - please complete the form again as it helps us to plan allocations in greater detail. Sorry you're having to do it twice!

Done.
Dave

Could everyone who are considering hosting connect to TeamSpeak - preferably already tonight at 18:30 GMT? We need to plan and discuss who hosts what and so forth.

Is there also a way we can try and compile something from the form responses?

If you still plan to join the day but haven't yet done so, please complete the form so that we know how many signallers we'll have.

Please tell us of your availability by Friday morning if possible (panels will still be available on the day but it might take us a bit longer to find you one!)

On Friday afternoon we'll announce which sim we would like you to connect to. Hosts may rotate the signallers on their panels every hour to keep things mixed up.

As things look at the moment, we have enough hosts to run the sims we would like to run. Those of you interested in hosting, please join TeamSpeak for some discussion as to how to do this on Friday, 20:00 GMT.

Simulation allocations are now available here. Please flag anything which doesn't look right in this thread, likewise if your availability has since changed.

There is still plenty of space to join on the day, but it is advisable to check with the hosting team first via TS before attempting to connect. It may take a little while to connect to your preferred sim which may already be full.

Please note -
- IP information will be posted in the above link later this evening or in the morning
- Hosts may rotate panels for every session at their discretion
- TS will be in use throughout, where possible please use voice comms. F10 will not be in use

All you need to do is type "ts.SimSig-uk.net" in the "Server Nickname or Address:" box and press connect.

"Passengers for New Lane, should be seated in the rear coach of the train " - Opinions are my own and not those of my employer

Its the confusing part in the front page - It says this:

Address : ts.SimSig-uk.net port 9987
Nickname : [Either your forum name, or your real name]
Server Password : [Leave this blank, the server does not require a password]

Thats why I was having issues - Anyway I'm in and hopefully ready for tomorrow - Thanks

Am I too late to declare availability on here for West Hampstead or London Bridge, or should I just join the teamspeak when live?

Happy to do whatever for the whole session within either sim, so just shout at which one you'd prefer a connection to ? Save cluttering the TS at joining time!

Thanks to the hosts as per.

Would be great if the 'scores on the doors (George Dawes)' could be posted for the tape/thread...

We should've taken a Teamspeak screenshot showing names and panels!
