Hi there I purchased a license for the Cowlairs simulation, but when I open the loader it is not present in the list, so I am unable to allocate it to my computer and access the simulation (my Motherwell license works just fine), how can I fix this? Log in to reply |

Are you logged in on the front page of the Loader (green tick)? Does your other license show correctly?
