It appears that the timing location Hadley Wood has not stepped the TT of 1S01 in the attached save. It was routed via the FL.

Save was way after the event so that's no good. Sim data looks fine. Sim has been out for donkey's years with no such report. Running a test train it correctly registers passing. So no fault found.

Well something sure went wrong... 1S01's TT didn't step somewhere along its route, even though it ran 100% on FL

The train's timing points are in the wrong order - it had Potters Bar before Hadley Wood.
