Hi all, ive attached a picture of the crossing. Please note that i did have to push 5H50 through the crossing as trains were getting backed up.

I lowered the crossing and got the flashing clear notification, yet the signal did not turn green.

Can anyone help me up here? unless im mistaken it should turn green when the crossing is green no?

You still need to set the route from the signal protecting the crossing to the next one, just beyond Portchester.

That's a Repeater (marked R, it can't show Red), you can't set routes to that type of signal, only the standard signal beyond them. See: https://www.SimSig.co.uk/Wiki/Show?page=signallingprinciples#main_signals

On an unrelated note, I have had a very high rate of "Crossing blocked" when running in beginner mode, sometimes twice in a row and at a rate of at least 1 in 20 times. Seems to happen unusually often.

Thanks
