Hi,

Just had a class 6 train cause this error whilst running on the track circuit beyond the crossing on line DML (towards Gobowen). I think the train was running at 40mph at the time.

The train also took 31'01" to reach Gobowen whereas this train was planned to take 25 mins to complete the 18 miles SHR-GOB.

Has there been an uplift in primary line speeds since the date that the sim was set? And is the striking-out alarm prototypical as I can't see it in the manual?

Thanks
Jamie

Mantis 24433 discussed similar crossing failures on Edinburgh.
Auchengray due to slow freights
Kirknewton due to station on departure side

Concluded that some crossing functionality is not present in the usual data collated for a sim.

Hi,

Apologies, please disregard this. The train class had inadvertently been set to MXS=40!
Train at 60mph does not trigger de-occupancy alarm.

Thanks
Jamie
