S227 has been sitting at SB1 for 30mins with no sign of movement.

Has the Depot Sig thrown a wobbly?

Yes, this seams to happen when 2 trains are waiting outside the yard. I had exactly the same problem, but had not tried to reproduce it yet.

Well, that was fun.

For some reason the depot staff thought that P231 wanted to go back into the depot, so gave it the road. That prevented SB1 from clearing, creating a three-way Mexican: P231 was waiting for S226 to leave the station, S226 needed S227 to move into the depot, and the staff weren't letting S227 in until P231 had gone.

Form 1s have been issued and re-education will take place.
