Hi, I can't work out what's going on. 2B72/2B93 stopped in a position where the entire neck has been fouled. It's 162m and definitely fits. No TCF is reported. I asked it to reverse (from its Up direction), and it asked for MA which I granted. The train now says "at buffer stop" and I've had to lift it which released the TC's. Can anyone shed light on this? There looks to have been some kind of swap/step-up at some point; as 5B11 is correctly train-typed as an 8 car at 162m (the diagram being 5B11 - 1B11 - 2R70 - 2D27 - 2B72 - 2B93), but in F2 train list 2B93 is clearly 263m. Looking through the performance analysis, it seems as if 2D27 was started from Barking, Platform 5 at 0911, possibly with the set ex 5E10 diverted into Barking? That's then put you on a 12 vice 8 situation resulting in the behaviour you've seen at Shoeburyness EDIT: The "Characteristics" Field in the timetable popup listing length, appears to be showing timetabled length not actual. I'm not sure if that's intended or solvable behaviour. Last edited: 11/08/2022 at 22:17 by JamesN Reason: None given Log in to reply |

D'oh! I read the F2 as 162m due to looking at the wrong row. No bourbons for me. There had been two job stoppers, starting with the first ECS of the day fouling the Up exit at SRY CSD and then a breakdown at Limehouse on the Down line at 8am, so this had probably been waiting about 4 hours to catch me out!
