Hi, couldnt see this anywhere else but think it is an issue. 5R551 (Hitchin to Letchworth CS) on 1985 TT on departure from Hitchin Up platform has arrived at Letchworth Down platform with route set to CS, but has called wrong route. On looking at F2 list it still shows the train being at Hitchin Up platform (P1). Saved game and screen shots attached Post has attachments. Log in to view them. Log in to reply |

For some reason the train hasn't registered as passing Letchworth yet - the "skip Letchworth" phone call option solves the immediate problem and sees the train proceed forward. Did you do anything out of the ordinary prior to 5R55 reaching K949 signal? Log in to reply |

Nope, I just cleared the sub at Hitchin, and routed towards Letchworth. There was a previous train (cant remember headcode off top of head) that was Letchworth to Letchworth CS, but had an additional location of Letchworth Spur in the middle, but this train went into CS no problem. On instructing driver (5R55) to avoid Letchworth and return to timetable the train moved into CS. It looks like the simulation/timetable has not registered the train departing Hitchin via the sub in the 'wrong' direction Log in to reply |

I've tried this several times injecting (it's a tester thing) 2R37 at Letchworth and allowing it to run through. It seems to sometimes work and sometimes not. I think it goes wrong at Hitchin with the step-up but I've not been able to reproduce it reliably to confirm through debugging. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |
