I've got 0V41 waiting at 174 signal which seems to be stuck on red. I've tried cancelling the route and resetting it, I've also tried routing it into the Up Goods but no luck either. I've found the issue, 183 signal had failed causing 174 to remain at red.

Signal 183 (the shunt signal ahead of 174) has failed; as I understand it lamp proving isn't repeated back to the panel for shunt signals, hence why it's not showing unlit. No alternative but to talk past both signals.
