A couple of minor updates tidying up any post release issues with Crewe and Derby have been pushed to the updater this evening. As always full details of changes are in the manual. Question, the increase in frequency on Crewe Carriage Crossing, is this prototypical?

In my experience as a driver (although we don’t take many trains that way) the crossing keeper is waiting for trains to pass to open the barriers for vehicles as it’s the only access to the depot - so staff, fuel, visitors, contractors and deliveries are all using it. From what I’ve observed the keeper knows the schedule and when there are gaps, and will probably ring when there’s a suitable gap rather than ad required through the day. There’s usually plenty of vehicles waiting even late at night
There's the right way, the wrong way and the railway. Log in to reply The following user said thank you: Guts |
