This is an example of the dreaded Food Trolley. It was on display at the 'Vintage Carriages Trust Museum of Rail Travel' on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway. Not sure of the date but you can see that it's quite old and probably for the 1st class passengers by the look of the food on it, although that might be just be for display purposes :)  Post has attachments. It is proberbly only me that has noticed this, but if that is a vintage food trolly then I can safely say trolly design has taking a serious step back from times past, on one end it has spring suspension on the other leaf spring suspension.
