hi how do i restore previous simulations i have licences for.Cant seem to find a FAQ for this question

Have you downloaded and installed the loader from the main website? Once you have done that, open the loader and using your log in credentials, log in. If that has been successful then you should be presented with a loader looking like the attached screenshot. Hit start a new simulation and if you feel like your simulations that you own are not showing green, then hit rescan. If problem persists, please get back in touch here.
