Hello,

I've noticed an issue whereby at Eastbourne, when calling on an 8 car train into an occupied platform (with a 4 car train in) the call on indicator won't permit the move.

The call on indicator only permits the move when only TEBFD track circuit is occupied if TEBFC1 track circuit is occupied a call on route will not set from signal EB105. Is this supposed to be this way whereby only 4 coach trains can have the route cleared into occupied platforms?

It also appears a 4 car train can't be permissively worked into a platform occupied with 8 cars, as 8 car trains appear to occupy both track circuits causing EB105 to not clear for permissive working.

I have tried this, EB105 Signal into all three platforms at Eastbourne with the buffer stop track circuit occupied. Having TEBFD & TEBFC1 both occupied. In the case of Platforms 1 & 2 EB105 call-on works. However into Platform 3, it will not unless TEBFC1 becomes clear.

I then tried the same scenario with all tracks occupied in the platforms and again the same scenario occurred for platforms 1 & 2, but for Platform 3, even after clearing TEBFC1, the call-on never comes off.

I looked at the simulation manual and there is no entry that says why. Just says all platforms are permissive.

The control tables require either (platform country end TC clear) or (track FC clear) for platforms 2 and 3 calling-on. Platform 1 is a little more complicated. However, since the sim seems to be missing the controls on one route, I've raised a ticket for the developer to look at. Mantis 39976
