Recently (not really,) I've been getting failures that end up being outside of the controllable area. For some reason, if a failure occurs just outside of your area (you can see the failure) the trains call the next box, and not you. This ends up causing a backlog of delays, and with a few cases, you're unable to clear the failure with the panel that can fix the issue. (Example on Royston simulation w/ signal failure just outside controlled area) Post has attachments. Log in to view them. Log in to reply |

This is sim-specific so I've moved it to Royston. If you experience it on other sims then please start a thread in the appropriate simulation's forum board. Generally it should not happen.

As a work-around, you should be able to authorise the train to pass the signal using the F2 menu.
