We don't sell timetables, only simulations. You don't have any licenses associated with this account. Have a look through your email inbox to try to find the account you purchased it under.

Looking at this previous thread from the OP: https://www.SimSig.co.uk/Forum/ThreadView/54704?postId=150954 It seems like you're also registered as "mark bagley", that user account does have licenses for Cowlairs (and another) allocated to it- you'll need to log in to the Loader using that account to access the license. If you can't remember the password for that account, log out of the "Jimperkins" account on the Forum and use the 'Forgot Password' link to reset the password for "mark bagley" "Don't stress/ relax/ let life roll off your backs./ Except for death and paying taxes/ everything in life.../ is only for now."
