Hi, 2R68 has terminated on P1A having entered from Nunnery and traversed P1b. However, on this occasion the flank locking on 4049 points has not been released even after the route has dropped. It's the train on P2, not P1A. If you look at satellite imagery you can see that sitting on that TC is still foul of the crossover 4049, hence the interlocking keeping the points locked normal.

Ah. That explains it. The two trains forming 1C13 (1F77/1F80) came in wrong order with the first one stopping at "default". This was clearly not far enough down the 329m of platform to correctly form a 232m consist!

Just set both 1F77/80 to far end then any out of course running should work
