Afternoon, Whilst testing a new TT in development last the other night I noticed that when the route is set from D300 or D301 towards D292 the signals in rear do not give flashing aspects. These signals was fitted with the capability to flash Sept 1982 and is shown in the Weekly Operating Notice that appertains from the 18th Sept to the 24th Sept 1982 This is the extract for the Up Main to D292 *DONCASTER * Additional flashing aspects have been fitted to Up Main signals D.812 and D.814. · The new aspect sequence reading from Up Main to Up Slow (D.292) via the facing connection at 156m. 42ch will be :- Signal Aspect D.300 Yellow (with Position 1 indicator) D.812 Flashing Yellow D.814 Flashing Double Yellow D.822 Green Aspect Also D292 only clears for trains on the approach when in reality and this can be seen on many videos on You Tube and alike form the 1980s and 1990s that when the route is set towards D282, Signal D292 Clears right away to what ever aspect is required.
