Having another go at this and got 9261 which needs to stand on the Through Road (Down) at Goulburn for a bit. However it needs to be flagged past Handsignal 3 which I can't find on any of the ground frames. The diagram indicates it should be GF "R" but opening that it only offers HS5, which is the exit from Top Dock Siding on the opposite (Up) Line. Is this a bug/omission or am I missing something obvious? Last time I played one, quite a while ago now, don't think I had to do the move at Goulburn thus why it never came up. Just to clarify, you had Frame 'R' open trying to get the train from Goulburn 3 straight out onto the main line? Handsignal 3 appears to be controlled from the separate 'Goulburn Down Yard' frame window with no control for it on the R frame window which is confusing. Mantis 41676. It won't be long until Moss Vale gets a bit of love, there are unfortunately quite a few things which need to be looked at, and this will happen soon as part of the development of another nearby sim. I can't find the separate Down Yard GF you mention, just the various lettered ones under Goulburn Releases. Edit: Ah see it now in the Drop Down list of GF's but there is no clickable shortcut on the panel itself. Maybe this could be added at some point.
