Would love to have East Kent in SimSig, which I believe is controlled from Gillingham (IECC). I grew up in this part of Kent and to play it would be awesome. Will pay for it if not a free simulation!

This area is my old working patch and would like to see it simulated as well, only trouble is there's absolutely no freight traffic anymore so for it to be interesting it would need an 80's/90's era & TT so that the freight traffic from Sheerness, Ridham, Queenborough/Chatham Dockyard/etc could be included.

The East Kent Signalling Centre (EKSC) (which, indeed, is in Gillingham) isn't strictly speaking an IECC. It's been dubbed, obviously, a Signalling Centre, rather than an Integrated Electronic Control Centre, and its workstations are, I understand, GETS (GE Transportation) MCS (Modular Control Systems) workstations and don't use the IECC systems. A minor point, but now you know.

I grew up on the Isle of Sheppey. And i would also like to see this area simulated.
My question is what would be simulated (if this was made). Would it be from Meopham to almost Minster (Isle of Thanet) and almost Dover Priory including the Sheerness Branch, would (could) it include the Medway Valley Line.

Many thanks.

Ironically I made a mock of this area a few years ago, covering as far as Faversham and Herne Bay, which might help for visualisation of the area covered. :)
Also made 4 era's (3 of which shown here)

Those look really great, the only observation I'd make is that to make them authentic for the 80's/90's is that the sidings at Ridham/Queenborough/Sheerness were all ground frame operated apart from that giving access to the actual Steelworks from the station. Also you've got the siding at the country end of Queenborough labelled as being for cement, it was steel traffic out of there.

One other thing I've noticed in case anyones reading this & this sim gets off the ground, at Sheerness in the 80's & 90's era there was a centre road which had a 3 way ground frame operated point after the buffer stop end connecting all 3 tracks, in the 80's this was used for running round the daily paper train for it to return empty to Gillingham. It wasnt used much after the paper trains finished until the early 90's when the trip working from the Steelworks to Ridham were worked by an 09 shunter & brakevan, the frame was used to run round the van before it moved to Westminster siding etc.
