hi playing 2017-2021 stock timetable if a fast to p4 is signalled into the D271->D285 signal it approach controls it into P4 down to 30mph which is fine. However if I use the warner yellow D271 into p4 will bring the train to a halt before setting the route. is this correct ? thanks Log in to reply |

The Warner route will have more stringent approach control, as the overlap in use beyond D285 is shorter when Warner is selected.

The control tables say T5413 occupied for 60 seconds for the warner route (vs 20 for the main). However, the sim is using the "B" track instead of the combined A/B tracks. Mantis 41790. Good spot!

yay my first mantis ! Whats A and B tracks in this context please BTW I know the warner should slow it even further due to the restrictive nature, I just didn't think it would bring it to a complete halt Log in to reply |

A and B track circuits. Some track circuits are split in two: T5413A and T5413B. These are often combined for display purposes so you only see T5413, but in reality there are two track circuits. Log in to reply |
