With the line now fully electrified between Wigan Station Jn and Lostock Jn/Crow Nest Jn and OHL tests taking place in due course would the Manchester Piccadilly Simulation be updated to allow electric services run on the Up/Dn Hindley lines? I wouldn't think a whole new era would be needed just updating the current 2018-2020 era may do? Northern are expecting to start using electric services on the line from May WTT Change subject to final testing. December 2025 WTT change will see a major change in the area to utilise more EMUs.
