0S00 is supposed to be entering from Garson FLT. It has called, and I have given permission, but it has not entered. I have even edited its timetable to enter slightly later, and again it calls but doesn't enter. I see this isn't the first thread about trains not entering the sim, albeit at different locations. I've attached a save. Good evening. I've ran your save and in this instance, 0S00 has entered as shown in the screenshots. Could you also point to where you've seen forum posts of this behaviour.
