Just testing the Add Username button which puts my name on the top of the message BUT can't exit without writing a message! (and it seems as if this is a Quick Post whatever that is? Under the 'normal' Reply button is a Merge box already ticked but messages seem the same with it ticked or not... =( Ken Log in to reply |

Well, when anyone posts to this thread I get an email. But there seem to have been lots of new threads last night where I *don't* get an email. There doesn't seem to be any way to just subscribe to every thread as it's created - the automatic subscription button doesn't seem to do that.

Clive, I agree the automatic subscription button seems a bit iffy - however I have just received your email even though I didn't click ANY subscribe button! I had previously unticked subscriptions and it is still unticked... :( Ken Log in to reply |

Tallington, you wrote Quote: however I have just received your email even though I didn't click ANY subscribe button(you may guess that I have just tested the Add Username button May be you have been already subscribed About the merge button I suppose that this works only if an user is posting two messages, one following the other. (shall I test this?) Log in to reply |
