A version of the August 2006 TT that comes as the default with the sim, modified to give 0445 start is now available for upload at http://www.SimSig.co.uk/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=56&func=select&id=36. This is the version of the TT that was used at the Peterborough meet (almost). Please note that the version currently posted has a minor error which will be corrected when the moderators put a revised version up in the next day or so. The TT as posted shows a start time on the front page of the f4 screen as 00:00 (i.e. 4 3/4 hours of operator waiting time before a train enters). You can amend this manually by changing the start time to 04:45, saving the TT (from the Timetable drop-down menu) then re-loading the TT as a new game. I'll edit this post once the revised download is available. Updated version now available at http://www.SimSig.co.uk/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=56&func=fileinfo&id=176 (including correct start time for TT!). AndyG has also posted a copy of the 00:00 start TT, modified so that the sleepers (hopefully) all join without any manual intervention (although the ACI isn't 100% trustworthy and the ARS fails to signal one train away). This is at http://www.SimSig.co.uk/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=56&func=fileinfo&id=175. The TT has had about twenty runs through under testing and the joins worked every time. I also have copies of the 00:00 start and 04:45 start TTs modified so that all trains enter from proper entry points, with nothing dropping into the "parachute zones" at Calton Tunnel and The Mound. This gives rise to some fictional ECS workings, but it does avoid the problem of late running seed trains suddenly appearing in an unexpected place when you are in the middle of sorting out other workings. PM me if you want those copies.
