I'm playing the Summer 2018 timetable and have just noticed that 4S35 is running 31 minutes late according to the "Incident Report" but is 01:01 early according to it's timetable.... Fascinating.

the incident report says it was 31 late (prior to entry), however has it then since made up time after entering, for instance by bypassing a booked stop?

The incident report message won't update, its just a record of whats been reported. The timetable window delay is real time.

Looking at the timetable 4S35 should have been looped for 90 minutes at Tebay.

Nothing wrong with timetable, its a simple user error.

I wouldn’t call it user error. I recall releasing 4S35 from the Tebay Down Goods Loop early as there was sufficient time for it to get to the Loop at Penrith without delaying a following Class 1. I think that jc92’s explanation clarifies things quite nicely.
