Further to posts mentioned in the Timetable section, I found that the stopping location in road 2 for an engine to detach is incorrect as the train is still blocking the junction. Abandoning the timetable, results in the train moving in and clearing the junction. I noticed there was no problem with road 1. Barry Barry, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia Log in to reply |

That'll be because No 2 road is shorter. All the run rounds in the supplied TT need to be done in No 1 road

If you'd like to, you can see this Google maps link (Satellite view) to see the actual arr/dep roads.

Hi chaps, I have an issue with Thoresby Colliery 4K57. When I pull in to line 1 the 0K57 loco decouples and I can get it to run around. However, when I try to re-couple 0K57 on the other end of 4K57, 0K57 reports that there is a train in front and the coupling doesn't happen. Even if I muck around reversing and shunting I get no joy. I eventually stopped the decouple by abandoning the timetable and pushed 4K57 into the colliery. Can anyone tell me why 0K57 wouldn't couple to 4K57? Ta. Log in to reply |
