Andyallen, which link doesnt work in that list? There's a separate link to the sectional appendix page on the NR website which returns a 403 error, I think that's where the confusion is coming from.

Many of the Useful Links are now dead, unfortunately - the list might need a prune, or replacement with Internet Archive links
