Hi, I know that similar issues have been raised previously but they don't seem to exactly cover my situation. I have recently suffered a major breakdown of my old computer which would have cost many pennies to repair so I decided to replace it with a new one. I have reinstalled SimSig on the new computer and all of the old free simulations, for example Westbury, are available an working fine. The simulation which I have licenses for however are not available and sim sig tells me that I do not own them. I guess that this is because I have not released them from my old, dead, computer, but I don't believe that there is now any way of releasing them. For information the sims in question are as follows: Sims in my name: Central Scotland / Cowlairs / Doncaster PSB (North; Panels 4/5) / Doncaster PSB (South; Panel 1) / Edinburgh / North East Scotland / North East Scotland / Plymouth / Wolverhampton. All are: ProUser / allocated unticked / used ticked. Tick boxes all greyed out. Any suggestions? Blair Ramsay. Log in to reply |

Have you logged into the Loader on your new PC? If they're all showing as not allocated then assuming you're logged in on the Loader they should be available to you. Just to follow on Steamers post. Once you've logged into the Loader V5.26. Hit "RESCAN" above your simulation list after selecting 'Start a new Simulation'.

Hi, Thank you very much for writing "assuming you are logged in". I have become so used to not having to fill in the log in boxes that I didn't log in and naturally I couldn't access my simulations. Doh! Blair Ramsay. Log in to reply |
