Today, whilst participating in KymriskaDraken's hosting of Edinburgh, some person had control of F11 (other than the host) and created havoc by having trains spad signals all over the sim. GeoffM/ Clive, can you throw any light on how this could happen? Could it be a Firewall problem? I have the IP address of the person (and I use that term in its loosest possible sense) and suffice it to say that the IP block from that ISP has been blocked from attempting a connection to my computer ever again. Someone using Orange Broadband in Woking accoding to my sources. And if ever I meet this muppet I will connect him to the OHLE and see how he likes it. Last edited: 15/01/2012 at 22:37 by KymriskaDraken Log in to reply |

Just tested, F11 is not available but there is a facility as mentioned via the MP control panel to authorise any train to pass a red but it has to stop first. I was not aware of that facility myself till now. Peter I identify as half man half biscuit - crumbs! Log in to reply |

FWIW, depending on the website you look my address up on, I'm located in various localities between Southampton and Edinburgh. Same for the company I work for. SimSig Boss Log in to reply |

Events from a multiplayer game can actually be logged, but it is difficult to work what the person is doing.
