Hi . i also have paid but marylebone , but nothing is shown in license manager , also i downloaded the updated older sims , but they do not seem to work . all i have is screen shots when open files

Hi i also paid for the new Marylebone , but it does not show up in license manager . also the loader does not seem to work it shows as empty, i also downloaded the old updated sims and they only load as screen shots . thanks for any help John johnstrains Log in to reply |

Done. Make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest system files, and then download and install Marylebone. The sim will then appear in the loader.

Also a "me too" message. bought licence yesterday but no luck as yet. Itching to get started on Marylebone, but it says no licence and is in demo mode. Hope you can sort this as well. Pieman... Log in to reply |

I also purchased a licence on Wednesday but so far no sign of it, I downloaded the latest system files and have logged into the licence manager. thanks in advance for your help

I'm afraid i've got the same problem. I didn't get any confirmation mail either. Only one mail from paypall that i paid. Btw, excuse my spelling my i-pad keeps changing words to dutch

That is a different e-mail to the one from PayPal confirming payment. If not, the connection between the Shop and Paypal has got indigestion again and one of the admin will have to manually authorise the licence. Downloaded the latest system files , and downloaded Matylebone again and installed , Just tried again Marylebone is in the loader but only loads as a demo , says i do not have a license, Marylebone still is not showing in the license Manager . John, I can see there is a license waiting for you, and that it's not been used. Do you perhaps have another login you're using by mistake? It should be the same login/password as this forum (website).

The current release of the Licence Manager sometimes trips over and doesn't create the SimSig folder which means it then cannot create the common.cfg file. John, I think I've got him sorted, seemed like me we weren't using the lastest version of Lic. Man. despite having it downloaded (kept running previous version).
