I tried to buy the Scotland simulation pack recently, but it didn't seem to go through, so I changed my PayPal settings and successfully bought it a few minutes later. Great stuff. However, an email several days later now tells me I had actually successfully bought the pack first time around using an "e-cheque" which only just cleared - so I've basically managed to buy exactly the same simulations twice, minutes apart from each other. How can I go about getting a refund for one of them? I would have sent an email to some sort of payment support address but I can't seem to find one.

Yes, both orders went through. I think the e-cheque is like a payment transfer from your bank account which takes a few days (10 in your case). I've refunded the e-cheque one but I suspect it'll take days to credit to your account though.
