Surely more 'putting off' of what 'successive governments have done for decades'????? Oh the irony - was it lost on the Minister?

The GW electrification has descended into farce, so they're postponing MML and TP to throw resources at that. EDIT TO ADD: Tony Miles gave an excellent summary of what's going on in Simon Mayo's Radio 2 show this evening. It can be heard here, skip to 25:20. Non-UK residents may not be able to listen.
